Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting info@animaladventurebooks.ie.

To process your return, we may require:

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

2. Refunds
